The service
These terms cover matloobjo.com and the Matloob mobile app. Matloob lets workers discover and apply to short-term jobs and lets employers post shifts and review applicants. Matloob is a marketplace, not the employer of workers who use the service, unless we say otherwise in writing.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your phone and email able to receive OTPs. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not post fake jobs, impersonate others, upload ID or photos that are not yours, harass other users, or use the service for anything illegal. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Jobs and pay
Job details (time, pay, location) are provided by the employer. Wages are paid outside the app (for example via CliQ). Matloob is not responsible for incorrect aliases, failed transfers, or disputes between workers and employers, except where we are required to help under applicable law.
Verification
Some features require identity checks (selfie and national ID). Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. Interviews, where offered, are scheduled through the tools shown in the app.
Liability
The website and app are provided as available. We are not liable for lost work, missed shifts, or third-party maps, messaging, or payment services, except where the law does not allow that limit.
